– Lead strategy and execution on brand and design systems informed from a central philosophy; helping the business develop an effective brand, and improve design <> engineering collaboration.
– Planned and executed an organizational model for the design org paired with solid vision, team culture, hiring strategy and obsession to quality. I also expanded design capability to support all business needs including product, industrial and marketing design.
– Helping Design become effective outside the realm of traditional projects such as helping improve workspace culture and improving data sharing between orgs.
– Designed the brand identity and initial brand system to inform product and marketing design.
– Designed 2 major iterations of the mobile and web product aimed at delivering an effective user experience to drivers and fleets.
– Designed all creative content for Marketing for a variety of media including print, web, film and animation.
